I only needed a carpet cleaning for leaving our rental. Danielle was super sweet taking the information needed, making sure to cover all the details that they would need when they came to our house. I had the pleasure of meeting Jachob. He was very professional, prompt,  and sweet. He called me when he was 15 minutes away and walked me through the process of what he would be doing. A friend recommended this company to me for carpet cleaning services and they certainly did not disappoint; coordinating the appointment with Danielle was smooth (she's very friendly and professional), availability if days close to when I called was surprisingly quick and the technician (Jachob) and his assistant (Nick) were super nice and very professional and knowledgeable.
